DELIVERY AND RETURN

These Terms of Delivery set forth our delivery of goods and items displayed on the pages of our Website. Please read carefully and familiarize yourself with our terms of order and delivery, as with each purchase on your part, you will need to note that you are familiar with and accept our terms of delivery. Otherwise, your order will not be finalized.

Delivery

For orders, a delivery fee is paid according to the current courier prices in BGN to an Econt office or an address for receipt, which is specified in advance. For orders over BGN 70, delivery within Bulgaria is free.

Delivery time
Ordinary delivery – within 2-3 working days from the moment of order confirmation by our consultant by email or phone – for available items in stock.
In extremely bad weather conditions or due to logistics emergencies, the deadline may be extended.

Conditions for returning the purchased goods
You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. We ask you to unpack the products and weigh them carefully, because if you want to return the products, they must have a preserved commercial appearance / obligatory with preserved label and boxes, not worn, washed or ironed /. The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer.

PAYMENT
Payment for the ordered goods can be made in two separate or combined ways, and regardless of the chosen method of payment, the amount to be paid is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.
• “Cash on delivery” – payment in cash to the courier upon delivery.
• By credit or debit card.
For each ordered product the consumer must pay the price announced in the e-shop at the time of the order. The price of each product can change dynamically.
Replacement for another size or for another product
In case he wants to replace the amount of ordered and received goods or wants another product, the customer has the opportunity to replace the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt. The consumer is only responsible for the reduced value of the goods caused by their testing, other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Returned goods must be labeled, in good commercial condition, not worn, washed, ironed, torn, clean, free of odors (such as creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke). The following must be attached to the shipment: goods receipt and return form, complaints, and exchange. In case of replacement or cancellation of the order, the customer pays for the courier service to VIPROTECT.BG

Order cancellation
Customers of the online store VIPROTECT.BG can return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. The returned goods must be intact and unused. The value of the returned goods is reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 et seq. Of the CPA.

Complaints
Complaints can be filed in case of: ascertained production defects of the goods, sent wrong goods, different from the ordered one. Complaints about goods damaged during transport are considered only on the basis of a complaint report prepared in the presence of the courier. In the event of a complaint, the Seller shall bear the value of the courier services at his expense. Please contact our operator before sending a shipment to us to specify the method of return in case of a complaint. Complaints are accepted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 122 et seq. Of the CPA.
All returned goods to VIPPROTECT.BG must be protected from damage during transport and sent to:

· Cash on delivery is not accepted.
· You can return shipments to us with a courier company of your choice, except for Bulgarian Post. We accept shipments only sent by courier.
· After accepting the returned goods you will receive an email informing that we have received the shipment and will refund the amounts due within 14 days.
· Shipments with returned goods, which due to improper packaging were damaged during transportation, will be returned to the customer at his expense. Carefully pack the shipments to ensure the preservation of the goods during transport.
